The Porsche 911: cuddliest of all race cars. Puff’s owner needs one of these, too.

The GT3 Cup cars are fantastic. Thank god they don’t have the kawaii face the full GT3-R’s have

It would look cuddlier in powder blue with with pink wheels.

I beg to differ. No four-wheeled conveyance for motorsports is cuter than an early Mini, before the Cooper versions appeared:
This is Christabel Carlisle at Brands Hatch, in 1961. Car in question may even be a 997 Cooper, but it rides on steelies, narrow tyres etc. You get the idea.
But of course you’d likely prefer something closer in concept to the motor of your dreams - an automobile from the Continent, with a boxer engine at the rear.
It’s even Austrian, as Porsche used to be:
Steyr-Puch 500, fiercely driven as always by Polish legend Sobieslaw Zasada.
It rightly deserves a good second place among the cuddliest, cutesiest racing/rallying cars ever.

Those old Mini and Mini-like cars are a blast!

By your praising Minis I see you are a lady of great taste.
The car is a Wolseley Hornet: the little badge would be lit with the headlamps on.
I read many years ago that the boot (er, “trunk”) made Wolseley Hornets/Riley Elfs slightly more aerodynamic than the standard Mini saloon, giving them a slight advantage in long straights. (Yes, I know it sounds crazy. Yes, I know it sounds weird someone would take those to a racetrack, back in the day. Yes, some even rallied them.)
Although the most aerodynamic Mini variant ever may have been the Mini Van (and Travellers/Countrymans). Anecdotal evidence seems to suggest they are also better planted at high speed, but of course the 1.75-inch longer wheelbase may well play a part.
Not very taken with the Irish traveller-wagon paintjob, inspired by Lennon’s Royce (a Phantom V) but I can appreciate the effort.

On the other hand, if Puff managed to dye its paws
Gulf Orange
it would look very much indeed in tune with its owner’s hobby.

I don’t think any race car could be cuter than a subaru 360 race car.

I agree it is very cute, but Minis and Steyr-Puch 500s
also
managed to get amazing overall results.

Puff, meet Stanley.... Stanley is a 1961 Morris truck that’s been a racecar since new. He has room to carry your friends, and I believe he’s looking for a new owner right now...

OK, I see your point.
What about some

I heard a rumor there may be a 911 in Gulf livery with some flood damage going for cheap ;)
